Trap your bollocks into a vice, Pull out your pubic hair with pliers and then hammer your knob to the table.

Hurt?

Morphine.

A course of Anti-biotics. The dentist should have prescribed those for about 24hrs before hacking away at your tooth.

The puss could get into you blood cause septicaemia and you will die.

It's an extreme pain that will have you hooked on any and all the painkillers you can get. Weed wont kill the pain much, it'll just make it harder to get up and do anything else about it.

You really need antibiotics to kill the bacteria thats causing the inflammation and resultant pain. Then you probably need that tooth removing. If you were mad enough (and it will seem like a good idea if it's Xmas and there are no emergency dentists available) a pair of pliers could remove the tooth, best if you numbed the gum by rubbing it with coke first.

Easier, cheaper and more hygenic to just sign up for a dentist and get the fcker dealt with properly.

Ooops absess. Sorry.

Fail! It's abscess Laughing

But aye, there's nothing going to touch it till she gets it seen to by one of my kind unfortunately...if it is indeed a true dental abscess (and not just a nerve in the process of dying) the pain is being caused by a build-up of pressure around the tooth. Most types of painkillers will only take the edge off it, and clove oil will have little effect. Antibiotics will help reduce the pressure slightly, but not remove the infection entirely. Similarly, draining it via some means will help relieve that too, but do you really want to be doing surgical type stuff with unsterilized instruments?

Again though, some potentially dangerous suggestions being banded around here (even if some of them are just in jest). One of these days I may be inclined to make a thread with some basic advice and fire it in the Dear Auntie BCF section or something so's I can just link to it when someone asks - save me having to type the same thing a few times!
