Well I done my DAS mod 1 & 2 today and I passed YES.

I was really simple really. I thought mod 1 would be over hard, but it was cool there loads of room for all the moves.

I actual got 48kph on the swerve first round, but my fault as I went on the back break... got a little scared at first Shocked ... it was damp after all. But second attempt I got 60kph Razz (i wasn't fucking up second time round)

But mod 2 was really simple, but I think that's because I've been riding for a few months already..... BUT

the day started of shitty. arrived at the place to pick up the test back from trainer. (very early start 7:15... it still dark). I go to put side stand down... which is was as I walked away and nothing happened.

30 seconds I hear bang.... my fucking bike is on the floor... how?

I can only think it something to do with the gravel... I must have parked on some loose bits.

So for the next 10 minutes I'm pissed but calm down soon enough.
It just the clutch lever that got bent a bit, so i just buy a new one then sell the 125.

But to end... I passed my test!!!!! and just before bday Very Happy

Yep, both on the same day.

Everyone was telling me don't do it, because if I did fail mod 1 I'll lose money on mod 2.... but hey, I said fuck it, I'll do it

I was prepared to be pissed off if I did, but it's all good Very Happy

I should be buying a bike from my bosses mate who use to ride but stopped.... well he died... but not on the bike.

It's a 2002 Honda CB600 FS with only 6k miles on the clock. It in very good condition, so that should be good as a first big bike.

The best bit was tearing off the L plates

great stuff! Thumbs Up

My examiner asked me if I wanted mod1 and 2 on the same day and I bottled it Embarassed

They were 10 days apart but I passed them both Cool

When in doubt, chicken out! That saying could not be more true.
