I know they're safe to use while washing the bike, servicing, etc, but is it ok to leave the bike on it all winter?

The zx6r has 10mm bobbins and I do use the bike occasionally but not as often as I do in the summer so its sitting on the paddock stand most of the time.

Is this safe? Or should I use the side stand instead for long periods of inactivity?

Definitely mate. One of my Dad's bikes has been on paddocks for three years now Laughing

Thanks guys

Didn't want to come out to find the bike sideways on the floor!
If you've not had any problems with it I'll leave it as is! Very Happy

Better to store it on a paddock stand than on a sidestand - this keeps the tyre off the ground and prevents flatspotting. The bobbins should take it no problem.
