Looks a bit of a frenzied attack on behalf of the cop, the woman is clearly trying to stop him. You can't see what the guy on he floor is doing though, it's possible he was biting his leg or god knows what which might elicit a response like that.

Short video with no details. Clearly just another media invitation to hate the police. Some people just need punching. He could be a fuckin paedophile for all we know. Thumbs Up

Right, and so assuming he is biting the copper because he feels hard done by then the cop is supposed to sit there and enjoy the pain of an unknown man's teeth sinking into his flesh with god knows what in his saliva. You're now trying to justify what you at first insist is the victim attacking the cops.

Police don't just bundle on a stab victim, he had to have been acting up, don't just regurgitate the media tripe, think for yourself.

How often do we see those who need a 'right good kicking' (In the old fashioned sense of the word.) on police camera in-action and never get one?

It looks as though the drunk in question was full of shit and vinegar and had to be restrained for his own safety.
And the safety of officers trying to assist the piece of shit.

Why was he lying in a park and not at a hospital, where any decent person would go if they'd been stabbed? Shocked

I don't think the police are at all good at the job they get paid to do but this CCTV looks very like the police defending them self from a hostile witness.
