Question for you peeps!!!

When you remove the hard plastic cover from the pillion seat of the NS125R, there is a space at the back where the plastic cover slots in, but, it looks like there should be something to slip in there when you have the main cover off??

Does anyone know if there is an additional bit for it? Confused

Sorry if this post sounds vague!

That bit should be there...
My bike had that bit and it was covered up by the single seat hump.

NS125R... /me descends into a hazy nostalgia dream...

But where should it be, 'cause when I take the cover off it's just a space at the back of the pillion seat? Confused

go down your local honda parts dealer and ask to see the shecmatic for the bike (usually a old book covered in dust if they have,nt chucked it), then you can get a idea what goes there and search breakers/ebay

Hi

The NS parts list is on microfiche.

Think there is meant to be a small (3"x3") piece behind the seat.

All the best

Microfiche, ever remember going to the library and have the VDU type machines that they put some plastic sheet on and it had a horizontal and vertical slider ? or am i showing my age here Shocked ... Local honda dealers have the schematics on microfiche rather than dusty books that evaded the spring clean out. I have the NS125 but mine has the double seat.

Mine has the double seat also, but it has a cover over the pillion seat, but it's when that's removed there is a gap that looks like there should be something over it!

I will pop into my local Honda Dealer's this afternoon!!

Cheers peeps!

p.s. I know what microfiche is now! Thumbs Up

Hi

I will try and remember to dig it out tonight as I have an NS125F microfiche at home (and a fiche reader), although the part number will be for a piece of the wrong colour (being from the F model rather than the R).

There was a thread about this part several years ago as I think Hex was after one as well (maybe not though). Had a quick search and cannot find it though.

All the best

Keith
