Thats a bit unfair, he didnt come across as a nob, and was helpful, and generally a good forum member as far as I can see.

I only watched a few of his vids, but although fast, I didnt see anything particularly dangerous. Posting the vids up in the first place was a bit daft, but I wouldnt wish a prison sentence on anyone unless they did someone some harm.

Lets face it, a vast number of people on this forum have gone over 100mph on the roads, just most dont get caught and most dont put up vids thinking if the speedo is hidden, they are ok.

He also gave a good console chipping service, and supplying folk with those cams (hopefully videos all now deleted).

Having come very close to be wiped out by absolute bellends doing the kind of stuff N30 and pals were (such as appearing on my side of the road doing 140ish coming the opposite way having run insanely wide taking a bend because they were going so quick without the skill to back it up), I have no sympathy at all.

There's nothing wrong with going fast but there's a time and a place. There's no excuse for risking other people's lives.

But if this is the guy's first jail time, he'll probably end up in an open holiday camp with the tax evaders and insurance fiddlers, not a proper nick.
