I need cash soon (Christmas is coming shortly, going on holiday and I need a house) so I have been trying to sell my bike.

Had a bit of interest but no one seems to want to come and view it. I think that once they come they will buy.

I have tried gumtree, and various websites including this one, but still no hope.

Ideally I do not want to use ebay because I am fed up with the scamming, bidding - non-buying cunts that take the piss. In addition to that, the insertion fees and selling fees really piss me off too.

I have thought about puting a poster on the bike, but I dont have a windscreen on it so dont know how to afix it onto the bike (when I had my last car I tried this method and it got lots of interest doing it this way).

Would it be worthwhile making up a poster of the bike and puting it in the window of my current car ?

Anywhere else you could think I could try and sell it ?

I have even considered dropping the price of it - even by almost half !!!! If anyone on here is interested, I'll give you a good price. Very Happy

I know this is probably the wrong time of the year to be trying to sell a bike, but surely someone out there has just passed their CBT and is looking for a 125cc bike to run about on.

Any ideas ?
