Well I am guessing you have a APRILIA RS125 sport pro, dunno what the latest ones are called but hear they they are easier to de-restrict

If so:

1. There will be a catalytic converter in the exhaust check to see if it's been welded or if you have a totally different exhaust fitted other then the standard exhaust.

2. Check the air box, the nozzles may have a tube blocked up, just remove that blockage.

3. cdi, under the rear seat, is a black box, in the back of this black box is a silicone patch, dig the silicone out, and there is a little circuit board. snap it and remove it. this gets rid of the little restriction, also known as a environmental dip.

4. You want a br10es for a unrestricted bike.

5. Power valve, you will need the rave unit, solenoid, pv cable and pv blade and pv housing.(You Have this fitted already)

6. The carburettor set up on these is absolutely crucial, it will need changing or up-jetting, see a specialist about this or maybe someone will tell you exactly how to up-jet the standard car on these. If your able to do this your self it will turn out to very cheap.

The standard main jet on a 28mm carb is a 120, so id be buying a 122 and 124 to start off and see how you go.
The main jet only controls the third 60 - 100% of your throttle therefore, you will need to adjust the needle jet for the rest of the throttle 35 - 60%.

Other than that all you need is a Deloroto VHSB 34MM

i thought that the new rs125 has bigger jets on it,ive got the vhst28 carb and it already has a 132 main jet inside it,so surely putting a powervalve on it will require alot larger jet.

I watched on you tube a while ago that all you do with the new RS's is change a fuse or something. Not to sure about the new ones. Can't even find anything on them.
These guy's specialise in then, the re-honed an RS cylinder for me and I bought a piston kit off them. The engineer if really helpful, jsust give em a bell and ask to speak tot he engineer he's ok. Call early. https://www.pjme.co.uk/
