There are two levers in the side pod bits that you flick up and the visor comes out...

Reading the instructions is usually a good first step. Wink

On my AGV X-R2, you press up the lever at the left hand side, and rotate the visor upwards until it comes free on that side, then rotate the visor downwards until the right hand side comes free.

Didn't get any with the helmet and google didn't help much either.

Thanks for the suggestions, still won't budge. Confused

There is a lever on the LHS of the helmet, tried using it as Andy suggested but with no luck.

Does the visor mechanism look the same as this mate?

If so, I'm pushing the lever that you need to push upwards.

on my old AGV you had to spin the plates at the side of the visor upwards about 90 degrees then they came out then the visor was clipped on and you had to kind of snap it off (thought I was gonna break it the first time I did it) so try twsting the side bits to see if they come off.

hope this helps.

push the visor upwards, then keep pushing the right hand side, until the two pieces of plastic come away from each other! I have a (cheap) AGV pacific, with the same mech! I finally worked out how to do it three days ago!
