I'm a chef by trade. I'm fully aware of what goes into my food. I know sausages contain lips and arseholes and most processed food is minimum meat and maximum conective tissue.

Still eat the shit tho.

Even if their purpose is to die for our good, shouldn't we have the responsibility making it as painless as possible?

It was never natures intent to mass produce animals.

Quite a selfish response.

Just my Penny Coin Penny Coin

That video isn't from chicken nugget farming, it's from egg farming.

Nature isn't always as cute and fluffy as some people would like to believe.

We have to eat, and I'm not giving up meat at all.

Yeah it might be cruel but they are probably so young that it doesn't mean all too much to them.

Becoming a vegan wont help at all, just means they die in vain!

Carrots have feeling too.

Picture the scene, mammy carrot, daddy carrot and baby carrot, enjoying the sun on there leaves, along comes a tractor pulling a machine which rips then out of the ground. Baby carrot is frightened, daddy carrot tries to reasure baby carrot, telling him "everything will be ok".

They are then put on a conveyor belt and are sorted into sizes, baby carrot is seperated as he is a choice vegetable.

Life is not so good for vegatables either. Wink

I am sorry to say, but I was once that farmer. But I have seen the light.

I now buy frozen vegetables as that is a more humane way of killing them Thumbs Up
