The baffles in the exhaust have come loose and this is causing a really annoying rattle, is there anyway of removing or repairing them without having to get a new exhaust?

First of all make sure it's actually coming from inside the exhaust and isn't something rattling against the pipe or around it or something.

If it 100% is in the exhaust it can either be shaken out, or the exhaust will have to be cut open, the part removed then the exhaust welded or riveted back together.

i thought it was around the engine but I took it to a garage and they said it was the exhaust baffles and from what they pointed out whilst I was there I have to agree.

You're up against something like that. They can't really be accessed without cutting the exhaust open. I'd do it, but i expect you'd either not have the tools or wouldn't feel comfortable doing it.

the exhaust has like a plate near the baffles which looks like it could come off.
