Just a balance to Pats post, and a way for us at the bottom of the bling tree to get noticed.

Post a piccy of the worst looking bike you've ridden. The photo should show the bike in the condition that you rode it in so no grabbing shots of the one that has been behind the shed for 10 years.

I'll start with the obvious. Not the worst I've owned by a long way but the most recent.
https://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l41/marki_03/GS125/SDC10559.jpg

I rode it 25 miles but Allymoss spent a lot longer in the saddle.

Just take a look here to see what was wrong. https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=205036&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

I estimate I did 8-12k on that bike because the clocks stopped working. Although it wasn't that bad to begin with.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

That side stand was put on that bike intentionally, because they wanted it to fall over Laughing

That was after throwing it down the road, looked exactly the same before apart from a clutch lever. Rode it like that for 3 months Laughing

I rode an enfield about for quite a while in india, can t seem to locate any pics.

Somethings wrong: No front brake (seized open), bent forks, knackered rear wheel bearings, no speedo etc, no working rear lights (including brake) etc

See the other thread.

In my opinion, this thread has more interesting machines to oggle at.

Crap bikes have character at least, tales of awesome adventures for tuppence, stories of ultimate bodge jobs and enginuity; proper biking.

Thumbs Up

Old stuntpiece with leaky dented tank =)

Pretty shitty looking, but still runs like a trooper.

And now the current stunt minger, complete with droopy indys, and cut screen/fairing/fairing stay and flipped clipons.

And lastly, my runner, that was damn messy too...

Suprisingly not the slowest thing on 'track'! Laughing

It was bodged on the day though... I did some home porting on the barrel ( why not!?) which mainly involved smoothing out the poor casting.

The main jet ended up being just a tad too small! Different amounts of gaffa tape trialed over the carb mouth, it would rev, alltho not well! Laughing

They were so 'epic' we had 2! ( and cos this thread isnt really very alive, it adds more of the comedy element)

It has to be the old GPZ305 I had, it wasn't a bad ride, but ugly and required a lot of maintenance to keep it going, AND it was a little short for me. Laughing Laughing

This was taken after it got nicked and this was at the recovery yard shortly before I rode it a couple of miles home, no front brake either Laughing

Shocked How long was it missing for? I'm just trying to work out how much of that 'look' was created by you.

I think this qualifies.

Yes, it was pretty to look at, yes it was British and yes, it went like the clappers when poked.

But I bought it pretty much as a 5 minute wonder. Captivated by the looks, sound and reviews it scored well in. But long term bike? Something which made me warm and glowy inside? Good enough quality to last more than one British winter? Comfortable at less than 7/10ths?

Not really.

In the end, I got frustrated with the thing (once again, this is a reoccuring theme with me and recent 600cc + sportsbikes).

It's posted here as a failure as a motorbike (in my hands).

Only you could post a spotlessly clean beautiful new bike in a 'worst of' section Laughing
Frankly i'm disappointed with this thread, there are only a few bikes that are sinfully ugly or held together primarily with duct tape. Tarts the lot of you!

My brother-in-law’s old TZR125.

https://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/serendipity_uk/TZR125/IMGP1994.jpg

If there was a metal bit on the bike you could guarantee it was bent. The kick start had snapped off, the front brake was binding, the fuel tap leaked, the screen was cracked and every panel was cracked or marked. Check out the small blemish on the tank. Laughing

https://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/serendipity_uk/TZR125/IMGP1996.jpg

https://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/serendipity_uk/TZR125/IMGP1995.jpg

https://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/serendipity_uk/TZR125/IMGP1993.jpg

To be fair it wasn’t all that bad and would probably go for good money if sold today. It just suffered from a string of mechanically incompetent teenage owners who liked falling off a lot.
