Helpful Bike Cleaning Tip...

Cleaning tip:

If, like me, you’ve got sausage fingers – simply get your 2 year old daughter to polish your motorbike instead, she’ll be able to fit her fingers down the edges of the tank / frame and clean it properly, and will be heavily rewarded by virtue of receiving immense job satisfaction.


(It’s not slave OR child labour, if you don’t actually pay for it…..)

It's a good tip, but something seems to have happened to my two-year-old, she has changed into a 22 year-old behind my back and now her fingers won't reach much further than mine. I also suspect that bike cleaning has lost its appeal for her, she'd rather clean her car.

My daughter helped wash the car once. She, in her helpful manner had bought her own sponge and was merrily sanding the front wing down with a kitchen scourer. Laugh ? Oh how we laughed.
