Just brought a Honda H100sII, K reg in very good condition only covering 15000miles...

Intend to do a rebuild of it to check everything ok, any advice before I start?

Get all of the bits you expect to need in before you start (fluids, gaskets, washers/seals, greases, parts), few things are more annoying than having to find parts part way through working on your bike.

Copper grease/LM grease/Loctite every fastener you take out, replace the ones looking knackered. You can guarantee that in another 15000 miles things wont come out as easily. Oh and buy a decent torque wrench AND actually use it.


Consider the saying: If it aint broke, don't fix it.
