Oh, "attempted murder". Strange that, when the police nicked the scumbag who bottled my brother from behind and missed his carotid artery by millimeters they said they couldn't charge him with attempted murder because it would be impossible to prove he'd deliberately tried to kill. He was charged with GBH instead.

But if you dent a pavement while a pig is standing nearby it's "attempted murder". Bless.

It should of been attempted murder in my opinion, the guy got off lucky then bottling your brother in the neck.
You know what say, “your only a criminal when you get caught”, kill one your a murderer, kill a million and your a leader.
Apart from a few crimes relate to bestiality, the reason we fill whole library's with law books is in the defence of one succeeding at the demise of another then needing to defend ones riches from the covetous and avaricious.
