Not normally.

It has been a while since a nod thread but it hasn't been that long since y'all lost the game.

Have you or do you nod at police bikes ... Laughing Shocked Rolling Eyes Question

Yes.
Mostly I just get blanked.

On the odd occasion I have has a hand lifted off the bars in acknowledgement (I'm sure it wasn't to slow down, I wasn't going that fast).

Can't remember an actual nod though.

That said I'm always wary now of riders with white helmets on any sports bike (can't see them ridinga Harley, can you?).

Nod at anyone on a bike and for the most part they nod back.

I used to, and still do play coppers at their own game. Very Happy

I will follow a copper through my town going from one side to the other back home, and they all speed, doing about 45mph in a 30mph zone. So I do their speed behind them. and when they pull me over, I turn round and ask why they were speeding. Twisted Evil
They soon shut up. Thumbs Up

Same here Mr. Green

In my years of being a motorcyclist, I have come across the odd ignorant wanker.

Do you think they nod to other people on their commute to their work (be a ignorant dick during there shift) and then after work turn back into being a nice friendly normal motorcyclistand nod to people on the way home again ?

that could very easily backfire, i'd imagine sometimes they answer calls on stealth mode so not to give the person there trying to catch an early warning, like robberies and the like. So they could do you, then use that as there excuse.

Strangely enough I have never come across a biker cop while out on the bike. Come to think of it can't remember seeing one in the car either...

Legally I'm pretty certain that they still need at least the blues on to exceed the limit.

Yep,I'm twos-up on that.
The bike cops out here are all good blokes, happy to give/return a nod.

Mind you,it's a small population, and we all know each other anyway.

Nodded a Police bike the other day and just got blanked.

I usually nod at most bikes, and more often than not, get the nod back

The only people who don't nod back are:
BMW riders. They look down their nose at your bike like it's dog shit because it's not a BMW.
Scooter riders. When nodded to they can be seen thinking "You fuckin wot m8?!" in the style of a drunk 17 year old in front of all their mates.
