You'll have to buy a digital box then mate, they cost about £200, I saw a good one in Woolworths the other day.

You misunderstood, I'm not promoting a set top box on sale at woolworths, I was pointing out that they cost like £5 and if you're that desperate to watch tv you can buy one for pennies.

(Scart cable not included).

As he is on a laptop I'm guessing a set top box will be little to no use to him?

You could get one these? You can get cheaper ones on ebay but the quality could definitely drop.

On much the same note. Does anyone know where I can watch last nights Apprentice outside of the iPlayer?


(I'm at work and the network runs through Sweden or something so the iPlayer gets confused and won't play)

Have you tried using Firefox with the Modify Headers add-on? There's not much I can't watch from anywhere with it switched on.

Here's the add-on. Try that.

Edit: If/when you get it, make sure you leave the MH popup window open while you're getting the stream, or it won't work.

I couldn't get that to work after adding settings I found on the internet.

It's shown up on TV-Links now so I should be able to watch it. Cool
