But i have lost the paper part......

Im gonna head over to manchester DVLA on tuesday. What will i need to take with me? How much will they screw me for?

The website aint that helpful either.

You can change your address with them online, they ask you to send back your old licence but I haven't yet and they haven't nagged.

Can't remember exactly where on the website, but I'm sure you can find it. You do need a Government Gateway ID mind you, but I had one from doing tax returns online.
