It's cheap, and pretty good, but it's analogue which might not be what your after.. thought i'd post anyway in case you'd be interested.

G, I'm sure I saw really cheap digital camcorders out in Baku, (Azerbaijan). Sure they were about US$350. I'm offshore Caspian Sea at the mo, but due onshore this Wednesday, I'll check them out & send you the info, if you fancy one I'll pick it up & drop it off on the way home from Heathrow.

If you can get details at least, that'd be good.

Was more looking at second hand, but $350 dollars is pretty good providing it's a not entirely crap one.

Customs are pretty tight on flights and packages coming in from Baku. Just so you know, in case theres a chunk of tax you'd have to pay on it.

G, I'll get some info on them & post it on Wednesday, but, if I remember correctly, sure it was a Sony I saw.

i got one and its amazing! quality is fab with 16bit sound, dv output, night shot, stills button, digital effects etc etc

very good camera!!

I got Canon MV700 camcorder too...but can u tell me please how did u connect it to the computer...and do u have the driver for that??
hope to help me soon....coz I need canon mv700 driver
