hi,
recently ive been very tempted and keen to start buying broken 125 preferably 2 strokes doing them up and selling them for profit. as there is a very high market for these cheap commuter/leaner legal bikes esspecially for spring summer. this being the best time of year to get them. im just curious has any1 else ventured into this area an if so any tips? cheers rick

I do cars and the odd bike and it's generally a lot of hard work for not that much profit. Plus you have the inland revenue sticking their noses in and your insurance company accusing you of being a trader!!

Small bikes seem to be holding their prices well which eats even further into profits.

Newest one is a 2000 Renault Megane bought for £300. Hopefully can give it a service and a polish and bang it out for £995.
