As there are just so many members on BCF there must be at least a couple of you mad people who have been to one of the foam/snow parties i've done recently, a few are listed below.

Last one I went to was in San Antonio, and it was awful...I felt like I was going to suffocate...and it was so slippery that I couldn't dance, which is the whole reason I go clubbing.

Luckily there was a higher level in the club, so I went up there to have a good boogie.

We use cannons so don't get the tidal wave run or drown effect that so many people don't like.
Looks good on ibiza videos but scary as hell in reality.
We spray the crowd so everyone gets a load of foam but doesn't bring down ceilings or drown people.
The foam is a special mix as well so is barely noticably any slippier than just a wet floor.

I thought foam parties had died out in the '90s, along with Shellsuits and Kurt Cobain (thankfully).

I have been to Walkabout in Portsmouth and Media in Norwich but never on those nights. The floor in walkabout is sticky enough without the foam anyway.

My local ice rink does a foam party every now and then, I last went when I was about 14, it was far too easy to fall over and get lost under the foam and then take out 10 other people who don't see you fumbling around on the ice.

Ice + foam = bad times!
