What is the best glue for fairing?

As the title says.
I was taking the side fairing off to blank off one of the Radiators and getting the bike winter proof when I noticed one of the fitting studs has snapped off?

Branded locite super glue works well too providing its just a cleanly broken off part

Edge-to-edge bonds such as these are rarely successful, adhesives thrive on larger surface areas. Superglue is affected by damp so not a great solution. Araldite is the one to use to locate the stud, but should ideally be reinforced with resin and fibreglass matting. Halfrauds do a fibreglass kit for around a tenner which will do the job with plenty left over for future use. hope this helps.

I've used Super glue as a temp fix. Since that way I can use the bike. But as I know from past experience Supper glue only last 1-2 months.

But thanks for the ideas of how to make it a permanent fix.

q-bond is the best stuff ive ever used its like super glue but you use a reinforcing powder with it ,its that good its holding the bottom on me work boots Very Happy
