7 days and you seem to be covering most of the country. It's a bit of a whistle stop tour tbh.

Mount kenya will be interesting, below 3500 metres is just bamboo forests and boggy trails the amount of times my group had to roll our landcruiser back into it's wheels because one side sunk was insane (gave up in the end and just walked it) Above 3500 where the land turns a bit more solid you will need to aclimatise and take something like diamox. Which 7 days isn't long enough for.

it's a beautiful country but 7 days is too short a time to do what you say. The masai mara is vast and the greatest attraction is meeting a masai warrior and sleeping under the stars, just sounds like you'll be blasting through it at plaid (spaceballs reference).

this is some of whats happening although this tour will be talored to us

Quote:
Rogue Terrain Bike Tours is a Tour Company with a difference. We are aiming to provide guided bike tours through some of the most scenic and amazing rugged terrain in East Africa.
Our guided motorcycle tours are aimed at any skilled or semi skilled motorcyclists. We offer the chance to see a bit of East Africa from a motorbike, meet some of the locals and sub Saharan tribe’s people and learn about their lifestyles and probably sample their cuisine.
We are dedicated in creating a fun and safe environment for our clients ensuring a safari adventure to remember for ages to come.

Nine days on the road and trails, allowing two days highway travel from Nairobi to Mombasa, then travelling around the coast of Kenya experiencing good weather, good food, traditional culture and Wildlife on safari. Most of the routes selected are mild off road and very good on road sections.
Arrive at the start of the weekend on Friday evening at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport; guests will be transferred to the Guest house by a tour van where the group will get settled for the night, enjoy a hearty meal and refreshments before an early nights rest.
The group will bike down to Mombasa on the Saturday. The journey to Mombasa should last 8 hours if moderate speeds are maintained and regular stops are made for refreshments and snacks, giving you Saturday evening to rest, Sunday to relax and enjoy the beaches of Mombasa before starting the tour on Monday morning.
The tour will be based in Mombasa South and North Coast, visiting some of the remote communities of the coast, and historic sites. We will go to Lamu city and experience the ancient Arabic town and indulge in their delicacies and cuisine, party at night and sample some natural palm wine. We will also visit the Elephant sanctuary in South Coast and camp along the beaches and visit the remote archipelago Islands on the coast. The entire site seeing experience and riding does not go down too well without a good drink and party along the way of course.

Day one starts with the highway travel early on the Saturday morning from Machakos. Riders will have a hearty breakfast and set off. Riders will be given the opportunity to get acquainted to their bikes, setting off through the mild traffic free picturesque back roads of Machakos territory emerging further down the main Mombasa - Nairobi highway at Emali. This Leg is mostly smooth tarmac road all the way quite scenic and stress free which is ideal for the first day to allow the riders to get accustomed to their surrounding.
The entourage will arrive at Mombasa early to mid afternoon, this will give the riders a chance to relax, and enjoy the beaches of Mombasa for the rest of the weekend ready for the tour on Monday.
The tour will generally consist of rough off-road terrain riding. The routes meander in a network of remote off-road paths leading to the villages of the Mijikenda tribes which are scattered throughout the first row of the coastal strip which means occasionally being greeted by views of the Indian Ocean. We will stop at a selected village for a lunch break and experience a traditional way of life, also enjoy a traditional lunch meal before setting off again in the afternoon back to base. During the week we will visit similar sites and also animal sanctuary in South Coast, we will visit Wasini Island and have a delicious sea food lunch tour the Island and head back to base.
The last day will start early again heading back on the Nairobi – Mombasa highway to where we started at Machakos, then the following day just an easy day going on a mini safari in Nairobi at the Langata wild park. Flights are at night so there will be ample time to pack and get ready for the flight back.
