Remove transmission case allen key bolts

Lock variator in place with a variator locking tool.

Remove the first half

remove spline

remove variator with rollers

install new variator with rollers

replace spline

put back first half of variator

lock back in place and do up tight

do bolts tranmission case back up.

and if it's not already done, remove restrictor ring.

bear in mind - it wont make much of a difference by itself, as a performance mod.

this should also be in the workshop section, and knowing the year of your Jog R may help, but as far as i know there is only one model (I have one too, not worked on it in years though)
