Hi there, ive recently bought an Aerox (2001).

It has had performance parts put on it before i bought it, this included things such as:
-polini 70cc kit
-doppler exhaust
-21mm carb
-foam air filter
-4.9g rollers
and a few more bits but cant remember what

My problem is that my bike will start and idle but when reving it it will bog down and cut out. Is this because it needs rejetting? would you say that its getting too much fuel to burn so therefore it will need a smaller jet?? im getting really frustrated with it and hope you can help Thanks Very Happy

remove the spark plug and tell us the colour of it please, this will help diagnose a jetting issue

Got my bike working now, turns out the foam filter was letting in too much air and when i rev'd it up it overpowered the fuel, put the original air box on and it now runs fine, Thanks for your help Smile
