No off. to anyone who owns one cuz I rode mine for 10 months quite happily. But I rode it to work today after caning the RF400 all weekend and could hardly cope with it. It's soo small and light!! With practically no power.
I don't want this to start ppl slagging off the NSR or other 125's as they're all the same in comparison to a 400.

My fooking radiator finally blew when I got home last night (those at BdB saw it leak coolant everywhere on the way into the site) and spilled all over the drive. Amazing how it waits till I get to my destination before spewing... So now I need to get it patched while I find a replacement:(

/me is stuck on the small, slow NSR for now Crying or Very sad

thats why yours feels so small Wink

My 2000 model is small, but feels much larger than the earlier ones....but what did you expect stepping off a 400 onto a 125? Its not exactly gonna scare you is it Laughing

It DID scare me though!!! It felt too light and more like a toy:)
kept slipping round corners when I leaned a little too far.
Odd sensation!

Try going from a KLR650 (tall, wide handle bars etc) to a nsr125F.... though riding a friends Bandit1200 after the KLR felt allmost like a 125 in comparison! Smile

When my bike is out of action I have to use the good ole scoot. Its 50kg lighter, and u can really tell

The NSRs are small, but the riding position isnt too cramped so they are OK really

I'm thinking about a CBR250, and thats smaller than an NSR! (18k redline, yes please!)

Apparently you are allowed to do that by law (they wouldnt pull the car over for doing that) however it is f*cking bad driving in my opinion

that has to be one of the most frequent things cars do, so many of them look onto the r'bout, see you coming, pull out then think, "uh oh...errr, oh dear...dear" and they just stop after pulling out blocking your way as theyre stunned, if they don't stop they'll try and rip your front wheel off as they shoot out. Evil or Very Mad

That's where carbon/kevlar re-inforced knuckle sections come in handy Twisted Evil
Almost got squished on the NSR this morning by some nonce in a Beemer.
He tried to overtake a queue of traffic at a set of lights (like what bikes do cuz they can) then he realised there was on-coming traffic. OOps! He pulled left and just clipped my arm with his wing mirror. Then ad the cheek to frown at me!!!
So I casually pulled round the back of him and rolled up to his drivers window. Knocked with the carbon knuckles, Gave him 'The Finger' and pulled in front of him:) he wasn't happy when I slowly set off when the lights changed. Didn't go over 10mph!!! Very Happy. Then caned it as he tried to overtake.
Needless to say I arrived at work in a good mood today

Yep, I have to say that a really good way to piss off a twat is to ride slowly on the centre line, so they cant overtake u, if they do try, just give it throttle! I dont do this on purpose, only when someone is following me about 2 inches away.

I agree that BMW drivers are wankers. (mostly) Cuz I nearly got ran over by one the other day, I had right of way but he still came down this narrow section in the road, forcing me to stall then roll backwards.
