tt600 radiator cap removel

hi this may be a stupid question, but on my triumph tt600 03, i can turn my rad cap 90 degrees and its then loose but the cap will not come off the radiator.

is there a special way to remove it or is it not suppose to come off? if so how can i get it off, or do a full coolant change?

push it down and turn is some more, i think 90 degrees just gets you to the pressure release point if its like normal caps

there are little tabs push it down to get past them! you can normaly see them if you look closely
