Does anybody know where i can find a list, which will tell me everything a scooter needs to pass its M.O.T?

I'm building one thats all.

If you build one from scratch it'll need an SVA test to register it for the road. The SVA test is very very hard to pass. SVA stands for Single Vehicle (type) Approval.
