Up early to go and milk the cows, have a brew. Walk round to the garage having a fag as usual. Go to start it, and nothing. Not a bloody sign of life. Change the plug for a new one, warming it up first and kicking the bike over with no plug in to clear any fuel in the cylinder. Put it in give her a few kicks and get nothing . So i heated the carb up in the hope it's iced up and still nothing.
So now i'm wide awake, freezing cold and can't get to work. Bye bye triple pay .
Looks like i'm having the usual crap xmas.

Well i got it going bout 10 mins ago, turns out the live feed to the coil had come undone. Just need to crimp a new connector on and she'll be grand. Utter piss take, i've stripped the carb and cleaned it to make sure it wasn't iced up. Emptied the tank and cleaned the tap off to make sure it wasn't blocked. Then i noticed the live feed to the coil wasn't plugged in. What a waste of a day and a plug.

Well i just went to put it back together, was planning on taking it for a ride. So i thought i'll start it before i put the panels back on to warm it up. But i once again had no spark, i checked the connections they were all fine. So i've fetched the coil and lead inside for a dry. Not sure why it isn't sparking this time

Just had it running again, put the panels on while it was ticking over. Killed it let it cool then went to start it again but it's dead
I think the coil feed is dodgy, kill switch could possibly still be making contact or the coil is dead/dieing. Need to get a wiring diagram so i can re wire the coil feed.

If it's the same power nd all that jazz i may do just to see if it's the coil that's dieing. I've asked for help on the gasgas riders forum but so far no help I'll try new connectors on the live feed if that doesn't solve it then it's going to be a re-wire then new coil.
If that fails i'll give in and ring the mobile mechanic that fitted the seals to my dts brakes and ask him what he thinks.
