Not just directed at the OP, but I don't understand why people would want someone on FB that they've never met? I get the occassional friend request from a mate of someone I know (that I've never met) and they all get the "ignore" treatment. Why would I care what a complete stranger is eating for dinner? I'm barely interested in what the people I do know are up to.
