Had my washing on a cycle, when it drains the water it gets very loud. Sounds almost like rattler-ling. Its fine at spinning and filling water just happens when it drains.
Would anyone here know what might be the cause of this?
The bloody thing has just run out of warranty |

But Guys.... There is a special forum for dishit..
www.washingmachinechatforum.com
Use it.
I don't have a problem with anyone rolling/dragging non-bike gear into the workshop for repair so long as they don't use all the hand cleaner and paper roll from the bog.
And buy the biscuits.

Well, I think it is the pump filter for the draining system of your washing machine. You must check it out; maybe something has trapped inside like coins like that. It must remove before the whole washing machine get damage. ____________________ super bowl 2011 live stream machine |

Isn't the Czech republic in Europe anymore......
Actually, isn't half of turkey in Europe, the other half in asia or something like that.... Bosphorus, is it?
Washing Machines are a mute subject round here at the moment.
Snowie's killed mine.
First the paddles decided to escape.
Not enough room in the drom for them AND all the clothes a woman tries cramming in it!
"LOOK it says 7kg on the front. Its a fucking washing machine NOT a TARDIS!"
"Well, whats 7Kg?"
"About six bags of sugar!"
"What, you expect me to put your dirty jeans and undies on the bath-room scales before I pu them in the machine!"
"No! Just work on the principle that if the door needs slamming YOU'VE PUT TOO MUCH IN!"
"It Always needs slamming....."
Next the pump decided to pack up.....
YES... even though the paddles had escaped she was still cramming too much in!
I removed the sump..... and was £1.28 ritcher for it!
Actually, I was £1.28, one Sechelles 'quarter', three odd socks, a flannel and half a t-shirt ritcher!
Put it back together...... something went 'pop' in the fuse box.
I think the motor has burned out!
I have given up.....
I have decided that the case has some nice sheet steel in it.....
And I need to make a bracket to take a fuse box on the bike, and patch a hole in the Rangie's bonnet before next MOT.
I now have to find a new control card for my 'old' washing machine, which was stuck under the stairs away from the 'ex', after being 'reconditioned'.... pulled out two years later when I got rid of her, and went pop almost imedietly!
Any-one know where to get a reasonably priced GENUINE control card for a Hot-Point Aqaurius 9928 Washer-Dryer? ____________________ My Webby'Tef's-tQ, loads of stuff about my bikes, my Land-Rovers, and the stuff I do with them!

Wow this thread has been pulled up. Well In the end I got someone round who fixed washing machines for a living years ago. He found a hair band in the drainage pump. I got no hair so it's down to my sister. Since I let her move in (hard up, no job etc) shes broken my kettle, washing machine. Not sure what is next but I'm sure something else soon.
Not to bad as he only charged me £10 to fix it. I told her it cost me £30 |
