looks much better methinks, handles somewhat better without all that weight on the front (15kg, from back when fairings were made properly)

need the mirror, useful for confirming if that silver car following me has 2 men wearing uniforms sat in it.

It also has another use, here is it being useful at R+S09 on deathtrap, my old 750 rat

35k miles since last april when it passed mot, not been cleaned once either. Laughing

I much prefer it now, not only am i used to it and ive got it modified EXACTLY how i want it, but its wearing its age with pride, it didnt look ratty enough when id just built it, it needed some road grime, mud and cowshit on it.

Cheers

Is that an Iron Cross on your fuel tank?

No offence but that's not something I would feel comfortable displaying on a vehicle of mine, what's the personal significance?

L4, yeah, im definatley used to hardtail now lol

jim MC, on the tank of the old 750? thats a low cost ratters sticker not an iron cross, made by ratbike.org, it was a pisstake of the OCC logo.

Chalky. Nah, not really, once your used to hardtail and you understand speedbumps will hurt its ok. a good well shaped seat works wonders, as does having flat bars instead of apes so i lean forwards a bit instead ofsit bolt upright, then when I hit a bump i just lift off the seat a little instead of having the shock go straight up my back.

Cheers
