When for a 100 mile run today and fuck me it was a bloody cold run! I'v been home for like an hour and I'm still cold. I'v just got my feeling back in my fingers and toes!

Well what do you expect, it's only January...technically classified as a British winter month. In years gone by, January used to have snow... the fact that we haven't got snow this year is because it's been milder than usual.

(I can't believe you are that long out of school that you don't remember ) But because I'm kind, here is a refresher...for you:

Spring = March, April, May
Summer = June, July, August
Autumn = September, October, November
