I nod, most of the time I am the one nodding back though.

However I do nod other times and I get blanked. Sad

'09 and '10 were chock full of 'do you nod?' threads.

2011 is a fine year to say Middle Finger to nodding threads.

I remember when most bikers guestered a nod in passing in knowledgement and respect.

Ha ha ha... even under the anonymity of bike gear you have no mates!!! well done billy!

Syris the Indomitable wrote:

Wiered bunch bikers,(Not all), you see this in white van man and bus drivers too.

What a shit forum this is!

Weido's, no wonder people don't like bikers.

I used to drive buses. Maybe thats why I was drawn to motorbikes, i.e my repressed need to be part of a cool gang. Or could it be that maybe the whole world isn't weird/shit... Maybe you're the weird shit one. How's life on the bottom of the pack billy?

Syris the Indomitable wrote:
I don't see my self as a biker I merely ride bikes.

We don't see you as a biker either. And I doubt you can actually "ride" a bike eh billy?

Syris the Indomitable wrote:
But then I'm not a muzzi, christian, Jew, criminal, terrorist, black, white, separatist, malichia, pirate or a biker either!!!

Ooh Diverse range there. No one can accuse you of being racist if you include them all! What are you then? Ewok? Jedi perhaps (would make sense, most people who claim to be jedi are also lonely net geeks with no mates). I know, you're an epsilon... Bottom rung nobody who nobody cares about. I bet you're still a virgin too! Indomitable? More "abominable no mates" if you ask me!

Oh and on topic, I get nods... Lots of nods. First ever nod was on my CBT. When I did my DAS training, bikers never failed to nod at me despite my hi-vis and L-plates. Since passing, I've always had nods from the whole spectrum of bikers; commuters, sports, cruisers, bike cops/paramedics and even the odd nod from the occasional ped boi.

They probably wonder why their Grandad is so retarded as to post a thread 'WHYZ NO ONE NODZ INIT' and not understand why he gets abuse for it.

A search function exists on this forum, use it. This topic has been covered more times than you have had hot dinners.

LOL!

I wouldn’t use the theme of the Nazis in terms of my interpretation of Godwins law, but I would use the theme of badly cultured doods of which this forum has it's fair share.

"Godwin put forth the hyperbolic observation that, given enough time, in any online discussion—regardless of topic or scope— someone inevitably criticizes some point made in the discussion by comparing it to beliefs"

People criticize regardless, so why not suggest why??
That's what I say!

Plenty of neurotic, negative lonely souls on this forum, so why not!
