theres a screw on the carb you can twist with your hands.

Just turn this and adjust it when the engine is warm, should sit around 1300-1500 warm I think.

it will not blow the engine. just turn it, if the revs go up then turn it the oposite way so they go down.

do it with the engine running and warm, that way you can hear if the revs are going up or down

hi sorry to be a pain in the arse but i went out and had a look and could not see any sign of a screw you can turn with your hand.... the only screws i could see in the engine area were 3 small screws next too where the choke is on the opposite side to the choke.

on the upside by looking i noticed a small pipe under the choke had come off so pushed it back on Very Happy dunno if thats imporntant or not haha.

07 YBR is fuel injected and does not have a carb. No choke either.

Engine revs would be controlled by the fuel injection system and I would guess when the engine has warmed up it'll rev lower when idle.

In that case it's either a weird import or 05/06 model that was registered in 2007.

Grab the manual - https://dl.dropbox.com/u/175946/U3D9E0.PDF

On page 6-13 is the bit about adjusting idle speed via the carb.

will look something like that, roughly. with a load of hoses connected to it, it will be underneath the fuel tank. probably about the size of your fist. its one of those small gold screws you need to turn mate, just turn it small amounts and slowly to make sure you have the right thing
