Chains should be either gold or silver ONLY

Fluffy ears should be reserved for children's push bike cycle helmets, they are gay and I laugh at all who choose to wear them on their motorsickles.

All chains have a colour. Laughing I take it you mean people having blue or yellow or whatever coloured chains, as long as it's a racing chain it's a good idea as otherwise the colour doesn't make your bike faster.

Stick on ears have their place, and that's in the bin. Razz

*tarty* is the expression.

Personally I think it makes a bike look worse, ie 'like a tarts handbag'. Same for stick on ears etc etc.

To me it suggests the person has too much money and doesn't spend enough time enjoying their bike riding.
However I have seen some moderately fast people on tarted bikes on track, in which case I can excuse them as they obviously /do/ ride Smile.

Suppose it's not as tarty as someone drilling holes in their heel plate to show their name. Razz Razz Razz Laughing

Last weekend I went to past two groups of fast pairs on the other side of the road (don't know why I didn't just say four riders, ho hum...). All of the were on 1 litre sports bikes and all were wearing floppy ears. Although I hate to say it, they carried it off and still looked cool!

I think the sticky on ears look hysterical because the biker clobber that is worn does make a biker look intimidating.......TO me their just for everyone elses enjoyment. LOL I bought some neon lights for my bikes wheels...Couldn't resist the that kinda tat for 4.99. Besides if they make the bike more visible at nighttime then surely thats a good thing regardless of how much of a dick it makes me look like!

I have to admit I do laugh when I see bikers with stick-on ears, etc., and think they are quite amusing, but don't think I'd ever wear them, dunno why, but just don't think I would!!
