Very quick question just to satisfy my curiosity really. When I passed my test last year my insurance went UP! Only change is the move from provisional to full. Anyone got any reason for this or is it just an excuse to squeeze me for a few extra quid.

The pile of shite I'm on can hardly move me let alone a pillion Sad the same company quoted me £100 less for a CB500 this afternoon Confused

Insurance is almost totally random. Policies change from week to week - the same "insurer" might switch underwriters and shag you on the renewal. Always, always shop around.
