Yes, free karma. All you have to do is post a picture of yourself (preferably on your bike, but doesn't have to be) to BCF's Facebook wall, with your actual BCF username as a caption. Hopefully these will build into a gallery and the Facebook page will turn into something - shock horror - actually useful...
