Grrrr.... was supposed to get my bike bike on Saturday, however the shop blew it up on a road test. Might get it back in time for Elvington though.

Due to working all the night before I slept all through today! How did you do Mr C? Did the 200mph barrier fall and did you get the fastest flyer this time?

not quite

conditions were good but the track just isn't long enough for a stock motored bike to crack 200 - IMHO of course

I did set new course record though for said stock motored bike

197mph - taking the previous record, also a 12r which was 196mph

there's not a lot in it up there

was going to come down yesterday, however I have been working nights so was cream crackered. You going to be trying for 200mph at Elvington in September? If so what are you planning on doing to it to get the 3 extra miles per hour?

watch the weather forecast for an east wind

there's nothing else that will do it

last time out the wind was down the track and 184mph top speed this time the wind was 3/4 behind and 197mph

it does make a helluva difference
