so i was merrily pootling my way to work, turned the front at a right junction... and the bike kept going in a straight line.

cue me thinking 'bollocks' and ending up on the floor.

luckily it was only a slow one (~5-10mph) so the only real damage to me is my dignity as it was in front of a 6th form college! the bike - one snapped indicator, one missing the filter, and possibly bent forks.

oh, and i have my mot monday. perfect.

not a clue. had a look back at the road after, couldn't see anything. might've hit the white line, who knows. just slightly hacked off about the forks - could be expensive i'm thinking. Evil or Very Mad

I'd be surprised if you bent the forks at that speed without hitting anything.

Remember to add to the Spill Counter.

Try loosening the forks at the top and see if you can rotate the wheel back round straight again. Though to be safe I'd take the forks off entirely and inspect them to see if they are bent or not.

Arrow back mudguard broken where indicator goes in so new one needed
Arrow new lens on front right indicator
Arrow slightly twisted forks
Arrow bent bracket the clocks go on
Arrow slight gouge outta my ankle

Twisted forks aren't bent forks, twisted forks can be sorted simples.

Could have been worse mate, at least you're ok
