Get on Your Bike with a One-Day CBT Course for £49 at Scooterden (Value £140)

Motorcycles are a little like fake-merchandise sellers: fast, loud and quick off the mark. Be a wheeler dealer of a more legitimate sort with today’s Groupon: for £49 instead of £140, get closer to being a qualified motorcycle or moped rider with a one-day CBT course including bike hire, helmet and gloves with Scooterden.

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, what began as a scooter specialist shop has achieved tangible success in its 10 years of trading, inherent in its rapid expansion to include motorbike trading that followed the original Scooterden business. Having won Piaggio’s Dealer of the Year award several times, the wide collection of bikes, scooters and accessories is highly indicative of the passion and expertise that fuels this successful motor franchise.

Groupon holders can get one step closer to zipping their way through the streets of the city with a one-day Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) course, which is a mandatory requirement for potential motorcyclists or moped riders before engaging in the theory and practical tests. This also includes bike hire, helmet and gloves for use during this training which consists of practical on-site training and riding, and has been taken at Scooterden by the likes of Jonathan Ross.

almost bought this thing - thought would force a gf on a bike, but one thing kept bugging me, so i called them - and a resit, if you do not complete it in 1 day, you have to pay for another full day (which would be 130 or 140 depending on a day) something to be aware of. Smile other than that would be a bargain of a century. half the price of the rest of the centres. Smile if any experience at all - easy if not, well that could end up costing more than in any other school.

What's the pass rate on the 1st day, I wonder? A decent school won't charge you for a 2nd bite, since they'll aim to get you through on the 1st day.

the bloke i spoke to said i have a pretty fair chance of passing, but if i am unlucky to come back - i have to pay again. which is STUPID. you pay for a training, not for a day or 4 hours or whatever. well - i didn't say who it's for (it is for my GF, and i think may take more than a day).. Smile i think if you pay for a cbt it is not a test, it is a training. so by the definintion if u paid for a training that's what you have to get..

Spot on - CBT is TRAINING - not a TEST

We offer CBT for £99 all in - and it takes as long as it takes - we have had the odd one or two who have taken 4 sessions to get to grips with riding a bike, clutch control etc. - but they all got there !!!! Very Happy Very Happy
