I watched that episode with my wife, who happens to be Mexican and certainly doesn't fit their description having just completed a PhD (thesis was over 100,000 words!). I thought their rant was unwarranted and was just a repeat of the typical view of them that the americans like to portray. In my experience they're harder working than many other people, especially the yanks that use them for low paid labor. Needless to say I found it embarrasing to watch.
