I'm looking at these two so if you have/had any of these what do you think?

Is the Stealth really that noisy?

I've got a SV, it is quite noisy, especially at the top right around the visor. Took it back and he fiddled around with it to no avail.

I wouldn't buy another, after an hour, I find the fit around my ears gets uncomfy. I'll be trying the whole shops' inventory next time. I bought the SV because it was discounted and I liked the internal visor (which is shite, because it is optically crap compared to the joy of good sunnies).

All my opinion of course...

I'm looking at the one without the internal but the reviews I've read seem to be the same about noisyness and fit. The K3 gets a much better review.

L4something is the K4 one above the K3 or just a new version?

I've just seen the Agostini Edition AGV Drooling

I've had a K3. Decent helmet, not realllly quiet but not too bad.

Trashed it at Oulton and my head was fine.

L4, you're about to get a strange PM Wink

I've got the K4 and the padding is shite, I get red marks across my forehead because as you're riding the wind pushes the helmet up your face and the lining curls up.

Having tried a few different brands on including Arai, Shark, AGV and Shoei, the Shoei 1100 is the one I'd buy in future.

I had a Stealth SV, was an alright helmet. Not fantastic, it was fairly noisy (But manageable) and occasionally when trying to look to the side/lifesaver the point of the chin bar would stop me looking any further then my shoulder (You'll see what I mean if you look at a picture). I think it's one of the best looking helmets out, nice graphics and aggressive looking.

Saying that I won't be getting another, as it wasn't much good for college commutes and stuff - neither was it worth the cost IMO.

Think the build quality is fairly poor on my K4. The top vents stick a little and the neck padding started to come un-stitched after a month or so. When I ordered it from HG they sent me one that the stitching had already come undone around the neck, so expect that to happen.

Apart from that its not too bad of a helmet fairly noisy but better than my old caberg.
