ZX6R 2007

My mate has a zx6r k7, he got it for a bargain price, it's on 9800 miles, new chain, new bar ends, new mirrors, new paint job so it has no scratches so relatively immaculate

How much would you offer? How much would you value it at? What's the most you would pay? I don't want a ninja but if the price is right..

The ZX6R was retailing at £5500 new in the middle of 2007 as I recall nearly buying one.

The C1h's go for £3.5k to £4k so I reckon just above £4k would be reasonable to expect but £3.5k would be getting it for cheap.

New bar ends and new paint job are hardly good things because it has most likely been dropped, wouldn't of thought it would have needed a chain so quick either I sold my 2007 ZX6R with full titanium akrapovic with a dent in the frame(from bar end hitting it when I crashed) for £3700 with 7000 miles 2 years ago, took me ages to shift it. For that bike now I would say £3500-4000.

It has been dropped, nothing bad, it's a friend he had it on uneven ground and it dropped in like the first week he got it

He's fixed all the cracks/scratches from that

Been serviced once by a motorcycle trader, then by my mate's step-dad once.. He rides it like a bitch so I know since he's had it it isn't been ragged.. I've been on the back plenty of times it's smoothe as a baby arse no dodgy sounds or rust or anything

He's asking £3300, I think he paid £3500

No no no it's a very close friend of mine, he went from having a Corsa 1.2 to a zx6r.. bare in mind he has only ever rode a CG125 in his life.. he rides it so cautiously that his tyres are almost square due to not leaning, the only time he's been over 90mph on it was when I peer pressured him in to taking me over 100 on it and even then it was a quick blast to 115 then he just let off the revs back down to 70.. it's been taken care of on his part I know this much

I'm going to offer 3, if it's damaged repaired I probably won't buy it
