Help name the computer game midi tune!

I have this old midi file which I'm 99% sure is from a game I used to play, but I can't remember what it's from and it's driving me nuts!

Can anyone help?

I remember it being some shareware type game from the 90s....(possibly)

I had to rename it to .wav to upload

Open up the Properties on your audio device.
There will be a setting where you can select the microsoft sw synth for midi playback.

Or try renaming the extension to .mid

.mid can't be uploaded for some reason

I don't think it was Monkey Island, it did cross my mind though

Found the original name of the midi should be "04RACE"
