Parts for old Kwakas

Not sure if this should be in 'Workshop' (I'm sure it will get moved, if deemed necessary) but I reckoned 'General' would get more exposure.

I'm already aware of Z Power as a place to get lots of bits for old Kwakas, but are they the David Silver of Kawasaki parts, or is there somewhere better?

https://www.usedkawasakiparts.com/ I've seen this site mentioned in magazines and flicked through the price sheet when I was weighing the potential cost for my GPZ project, I think you've got to ring them up to see if they actually have the parts they list though. Worth a shot?

I've used: https://www.wemoto.com in the past, they list some things for a z1100

If you bike has anythign in common with GPZ900s theres: https://www.gpzzone.co.uk/acatalog/.. or here: https://www.gpzzone.co.uk/gpz500s/acatalog/ if you can use anything for GPZ500s though i'd guess yours is from the air-cooled era?

Kdub, that looks like a useful site, I'll keep that one handy.

Cansa, looks like Cradley don't really offer much, although that doesn't surprise me, I wouldn't expect Kawasaki to support my bike.

Karoshi, unfortunately you're right, mine is aircooled and shares nothing with the later GPZs, although there's probably a few bits shared with early the GPZ1100 and Z1000J.

I guess one of the disadvantages of owning a bike that wasn't very common new, is that now they can be a struggle.

I would prefer to use a OEM head gasket rather than an aftermarket one.

Same with forkseals etc.
