This kind of annoys me...

Personally, plate or not, I will try to slow down through a camera.

A lot of the fixed ones are in places where, statistically, accidents are more likely (I know, not all of them.... but a lot did get taken down a few years ago when they were told its supposed to be in an accident area only, well round here anyway...)

However, the main reason is that every time a motorcyclist runs a camera, or an average speed check it simply adds more weight to those who seek to get rear facing cameras set up, or those stupid catseyes that check you as you are going along which they have been testing, or getting average speed zones in whole areas which they are trialling now.

So, Paul Collins, congratulations - You are a dick

His crash bars are rather bent in the pic as well... I didn't know a Chinese 125 could manage that speed either. Shocked

Silly person, this just makes the government think about front plates Neutral

But also, if you're going to do it, make sure you do it in an area where you're never going to visit again Laughing and not in the area you live Cool

no it doesn't.

they banned them for a reason.

they were rather effective at chopping pedestrians in half.

No. sideways plates are bloody obvious why they were banned. I was talking about front facing ones.. Why would I mean sideways ones? Laughing

Heheh, I love how he's giving it the renegade biker 'tude on his L plate Hardley, then folds like a nun bluffing on a pair of sevens when Plod turns up and makes an accusation.

Once more with feeling: admit to nothing, make no statement. You'll rarely make it better for yourself.

Well rear facing won't affect you if you obey them regardless, so what do you care?
