Just came across this and although fairly pointless, it can be quite amusing when going onto sites like facebook, bbc etc and seeing what people have drawn over the pages.
You need Firefox or Chrome, then open the link below in your browser and once the button has loaded in the middle of the page, drag it onto your browser favourites bar.

Open up any webpage and then press the goggles link in your favourites bar to turn it on or off.
