I recently lost 250Gbs worth of music and some photos.
The music cannot be replaced The jpgs are but memories(had printed them off tho )...But it's all those samples i recorded.
I'll never get the sound of that horse farting again...or when when my dog growled whenever a truck went over a motorway flyover.

Ohh NO...remembered ....I even lost a dog-fart.

Things don't get much worse.

Backup people.

I'll second that. We've used OnTrack to recover a failed RAID set when another dept. failed to realise when the first drive failed (so OnTrack recovered 2 drives). Was a few £k but the data was worth more.
