I have it saved onto the PC now for perusal at a later date. Quick flick through and it looks a great book full of decent tips and advice.

Well thanks a lot Cansa - because of this bloody PDF, I took a spin at lunchtime and crashed the friggin bike!

Seriously though, great post and a nice find. I still don't fully understand some of the physics but I feel like a better rider already (even after a crash!)
